Please click on the “Documents” tab above to view important documents such as your annual SBCs as well as information on how to access digital ID cards on or after January 1st.

The “Links” tab will connect you with your benefit vendors, such as Cigna Healthcare and OptumRx. You can also click on the “LOGIN” button in the top right corner of this page to access your participant portal.

We encourage you to register for access to your portal where you can find more information about your plan, your eligibility, and enrollment. If you are also a participant in the UFCW Consolidated Pension Fund, your portal will also provide you with access to pension plan information.
